Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Non-returnable items

Innerwear, loungewear marked as final sale, gift cards, and custom or altered pieces cannot be returned. Sale items tagged as final sale are also non-returnable unless defective.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested variant is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund for the returned item.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
